In a report by the Health Communication Unit at the Centre For Health Promotion at the University of Toronto, a Canadian company reported $7 in savings for every $1 invested in health-related programs.

    Your group will be taken through a physical practice that will ground them and builds to a peak.. sparking their energy and vitality!   The practice then comes down into poses that rejuvenate and create deep rest as we complete our class.


    The three areas your group will be working is:





    All of Yoga To You teachers are fully certified with a minimum of a 200 hour certification course with a well recognized Yoga Teacher Training program; they also carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR.

    Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Classes are all-levels and are suitable for anyone, even absolute beginners.

    We recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week, but even once a week will have noticeable results.

    Classes are 45-60 minute practice either before/after work, or during work day or at during lunch. A time that works best for you and your team!
